A very popular location for seniors is the University of Michigan LAW QUADRANGLE. Located at the corner of South University and State Street, the Law Quad is rich with architectural detail and history. Its columns and stonework is especially nice for a collegiate backdrop, while the trees are well maintained gardens offer a colorful green and floral backdrop. It is a gem in the middle of Ann Arbor and can provide a spectactular backdrop for pictures of all kinds.
Barton Park
Another great spot for pictures is at Barton Park. This spot is rustic and offers the customer with beautiful foliage and water backgrounds. The subject will be better off in jeans or khakis rather than skirts or sports coats.
Bandemer Park
Another interesting location is Bandemer Park under the M-14 Barton Exit expressway ramp. This spot offers the subject with a cement, monotone shade of grey with a background of viaducts and reflections from the Huron River. This spot also offers railroad tracks and rock formations and is recommended for black and white photography. There are also wild flowers nearby for a more traditional backdrop.
